About this mod

Only offer entry via Lucy's letter once its intended recipients have been sought. Also fixes a line of Holly's dialog.

Permissions and credits
Warning, Blood Ties quest spoilers in description. I've tried to limit spoilers but I do go into detail.

First edit: Robert (the guard)

Adds a quest conditional to "Hang on a second. I have a letter for Ian West from his sister." dialog option so it is only offered when you've first checked Arefu for the Wests as Lucy West instructed. It is there and nowhere else that you first learn that you must deliver her letter elsewhere. This means you aren't offering Lucy's letter to her family to a random wastelander.

This also means that you are presented with no early reference to Ian West, and if you stumble on the quest stage "Discover what the Family did in Arefu." there is still plenty of mystery to it. Note Family members will still subtly comment and foreshadow future discoveries, because they assume you're there for a particular reason. In particular, Justin mentions Ian by his first name in a passing greeting, still not enough information to piece together the puzzle until you've done the initial footwork.

You can still get in early by other dialog options, or by less diplomatic means, but I suggest you save first if the latter.

One could argue the Cannibal dialog option also presents knowledge you shouldn't have, but the supernatural nature of the perk fits right in. Your ability to "feel others of your kind" clearly surpasses Robert's! :)

Second edit: Holly

This is a fix of a UUF3P fix. It includes the dialog fix which reflects voice dialog (changes "there is" to "there's"). However, it reverts a PNAM change which seems to result in Holly's entire "I'm looking for Ian West. Have you seen him?" dialog tree being skipped and inaccessible, showing instead "Anything else you can tell me about Ian West?" As far as I can tell, the PNAM change might have been an accidental dirty edit in UUF3P, however, see the below notice. (Note UUF3P isn't a requirement for this mod, if for some reason you don't use it, this will effectively just fix a bit of dialog.)

Both of these edits were made entirely using FO3edit and as such should be clean, but the Holly edit involves a PNAM change which I honestly barely understand. It seems to work when I test it, however.
