You really should keep this as a separate item instead of all-in-one in that other mod. Seriously, I could use this single item alone without using the big package, of which there are some things I dont really want to touch.

    Very big loss!

You could hide this mod page to avoid confusion of the file being removed.

Is it possible to disable RPGO functions? I would like to focus on using Perks only

    GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!

My Throwing Weapons and Perk Overhaul mods are now part of a much bigger project!
(*cough* which means they've been taken down as stand alone mods *cough*)

    BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!

Both mods, as well as eleven others, are available as stand alone files which can be picked, redacted, or toggled on/off with FOMM! This allows you the option to simply update from the originals or opt in for the full on realism and role play offered.

THE BAD NEWS... is while I appreciate the support, and initially set out to commit to these mods individaully, I have grown further from the originals and have removed the files from the Nexus.

I am however fully commited to updating and bug fixing RPGO especially these two utilities.

Please go check it out: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23598/ and if you've continued to use either mod dispite their many flaws I urge you to download.

The Night Person Perk Series needs a buff as it is strictly worse than intense training each time:
My suggestion increase it to +3 each or reduce to 2 ranks each adding 1 Int, 1 Per, 1 Agil

Great mod that makes previously worthless perks a little more worthwhile! I do have a few a suggestions, however. First off, some perk descriptions are worded a little strangely. For example, Grim Reapers Sprint reads: "For each rank when you kill a target in V.A.T.S., restore 20,40,60,80,100 Action Points upon exiting V.A.T.S."
It's still understandable, of course, but as I said, it doesn't quite read right. I would write it as: "For each rank of the Grim Reaper's Sprint perk, when you kill a target in V.A.T.S. 20/40/60/80/100 Action Points are restored upon exciting V.A.T.S." Granted, this is just an example I crafted on the spot, so I'm sure it can be improved with due attention. Anyhow, you might want to check over each perk description and ensure they're written properly.

Second, while perks such as Little Leaguer and Size Matters provide significant skill point boosts, their end-game worth is still debatable. So, I thought, why not add tempting bonus at the final rank? For the two aforementioned perks, I could imagine that AP cost for their respective weapon types is halved or damage is doubled. Daddy's Boy/Girl deals with Science and Medicine, so I thought that perhaps the perk's final rank grants a 25% potency increase to chems. Gun Nut boosts Small Guns and Repair, so at the final rank Small Guns AP cost and weapon degradation is reduced by half. Other perks, such as Scoundrel and Thief, are a tougher lot due to how difficult it's to think of a boost relevant to their respective skills. Perhaops Scoundrel will eventually make repairs by NPCs free of charge? Thief... increases sneak speed by 50%? I just don't know.

Regardless, these were simple ideas that might be worth considering. I don't know if they can be applied, though at the least they're food for thought.

This file has been removed and reworked as part of my RPG Overhaul mod.
I appreciate your feedback and before I read it I have taken steps to address both of these problems.
That being said I found it difficult to find balanced final tiers for each skill perk so instead I decided to alter the SPECIAL bonuses and base stats so that low int/luck build requires at least 5 points into one skill perk to get your skills to max level with books. Thank you so much for your feedback and if you enjoyed the mod please check out it's successor in the RPG Perk utility.

I would like to thank anyone who participated in the trial runs of my mods: Perk Overhaul and Throwing Weapons.
The information and feedback on them was very much appreciated. However both mods will soon be deleted.

Don't fret though! I'm bringing them back as one in an mod series I'm working on.

This mod should be compatable with any other perk mods so long as it's listed after them in FOMM. It should work perfectly fine unless you max INT from start and pick every skill perk then you'll end up wasting about 50 skill points between lvl 25 and 30. <But that's exactly the kind of choice I intended for you to have.
