At level 14, if your Repair skill is 70, you can take one of the most powerful perks from New Vegas.
-----------------------------------------
1. You can repair Alien/Laser/Plasma weapons and Gauss Rifle with Fission Batteries.
2. You can repair clothing items with Box(es) of Detergent.
3. You can repair hats and helmets with glasses and vice-versa (added in version 1.1).
4. Works very well in conjunction with Pack Rat Perk mod (another powerful perk from New Vegas). It will greatly help you in your Capital Wasteland adventure.
5. Custom created armors/weapons can be jury-rigged only if they use vanilla repair lists. The mod is scripted not hard-coded.
6. Place the mod last in your mods' list, if you do not use CivisRomanus Unofficial Fallout 3 Fixes.

New in version 1.2
1. x120 less strain on script processing.
2. You can repair Deathclaw Gauntlet with Brass/Spiked Knuckles, Power Fists and vice-versa.
3. You can repair Scientist clothing/outfits and Radiation Suits with Box(es) of Detergent.
-----------------------------------------
