Again, having wandered around the Wasteland I thought this would be a good location for an encampment. some time later, when exploring with the GECK I found this lake again and decided to build a small village. I figured that if it were a real place, the inhabitants would drag whatever they could up here and build shelters from what was available. There's shelters built from campers, DeathClaw cages, a bus shelter, scraps of metal and wood and many railway sleepers. In addition to the 7 shelters, there is a large community hall. 

This was a good location to build a village in to begin with, but I have enhanced it with a drain flowing into the upper lake, a third lake added and some nice green trees. While the community has formed around the radioactive lakes, the drain water has flowed fresh, allowing the locals to bucket up the water and use it. They've also piped it into a water fountain which you can drink from rad free. 

Also minor mods at the Montgomery County water plant by adding 2 dump trucks.

Version 1.1 adds a small hospital with working doctors, a small shop, with traders that I never managed to get to work (anyone got an idea of how to make their dialogue to stick? It keeps changing back to useless crap ever time I reset it), a work shop, a new house made from a bus, some guards and 20 plus citizens.
