Reduced a little the frequency of the monorail travelling. Monorail sound will fae in and fade out as it passes by.

Monorail locations:
- Two at the National Mall - Two at Pennsylvania Avenue - One at Chevy Chase north - One at George Town north.
INSTALLATION
As usual, extract the .rar in your Fallout 3 data folder and check the .esp in your FOMM or in your Fallout 3 Launcher. Make sure you have installed ArchiveInvalidation or FOMM (or new meshes wont work properly)
