First of all, this is not one of my best works, but as I already did I will post it for anyone who likes it. As everyone knows I don´t speak English, then there will be some grammatical errors and wrong words. So let's go there:
Mini Paradise
At the bottom of a flooded cave, there is a small, cozy hut for a player. It's a simple house mod, but I've added some pretty cool resources from other modders.

Mini Paradise
At the bottom of a flooded cave, there is a small, cozy hut for a player. It's a simple house mod, but I've added some pretty cool resources from other modders.
- Waterfalls;
- A small armory for storing weapons and ammunition, with workbench;
- Cooker with Mirelurks cake cooking function; (lights the stove before using the pan)
- Functional TV;
- Radio (GRN);
- Bobblehead Display;
- Bed with bonus;
- Various posters and decorations;
- Map marker, direct travel, no need to find out;
- Key in the rock (look in the photos);
- They only need the Fallout 3 base;
- Navemeshed to companions, but inside the cabin I recommend only the player because of the little space.
If you liked, leave comments to improve the mod. As an example, increase the armory, place bathroom, displays ... etc
