This mod will always be free. No matter what, it will always be free to download.
Now, and forever.

Fallout 3. A great game with much replayability. Especially in GOTY Edition. But, like all games and gaming companies (Lookin' at you Bethsoft), many things are, most of the time intentionally, left out. NPCs and items, for example. It's a shame. But, fear no longer. The NPCs who could've brought more life to the game are back, and items that never made the cut are back! NPCs given the axe, or just forgotten before release are given a second chance. Those weapons and armor that was thought to be unworthy of being in the worldspace are given redemption through the GECK. Check out the list below to see what's been added!
Requires Operation: Anchorage, Point Lookout, Mothership Zeta, and Broken Steel!

First Place Winner of the MAY 2018 Mod's of The Month for Fallout 3 Nexus!

NPCs Re-Added:
The following content credibility to lore is subject to debate and cannot be confirmed by canon sources. It is up to you, the player, to decide whether or not these are canon.

Margaret - The GNR Mechanic. Her voice is heard on the GNR Radio Station should Three Dog die, but is otherwise never seen in game.
Location - GNR Second Floor.

Paladin Berrings - The Leader of 2nd Monument Defense Detachment. He is only mentioned in game, but never seen.
Location - Outside the Washington Monument (Subject to change, see Paladin Northup).

Paladin Bishop - A cut NPC originally planned for used in Chesterbrook, an unused location in the game.
Location - Guarding the Washington Monument.
Original Purpose - To be located in Chesterbrook. But since it was exactly unknown where Chesterbrook was to be located (somewhere in DC), he has been re-purposed.

Paladin Northup - Another cut Paladin from Chesterbrook.
Location - At the radio room of the Washington Monument (Subject to change, see Paladin Berrings).
Original Purpose - Same as Paladin Bishop.

Dead Mercenary - A mercenary seen in a Fallout 3 Gameplay Teaser found dead outside the Super-Duper Mart. Was cut before official release.
Location - Outside the Super-Duper Mart.

Mary Williams - Andale was said to have four families, yet only two are in game. Mary, and her husband, serve as the third family.
Location - Acting as an Andale Neighborhood Watch.

Stevie Mack - A fellow Vault resident who seemed to have missed your birthday, until now...
Location - At your birthday.

Noah Williams - Andale was said to have four families, yet only two are in game. Noah, and his wife, serve as the third family.
Location - Acting as an Andale Neighborhood Watch.

Tuck Johnson - Andale was said to have four families, yet only two are in game. Tuck, and his wife, serve as the fourth family.
Location - In Andale.

Karen Johnson - Andale was said to have four families, yet only two are in game. Karen, and her husband, serve as the fourth family.
Location - In Andale.

Little Toe - A slaver in Paradise Falls.
Location - Paradise Falls.
Disclaimer - He was intended to be involved in a minor way with The Replicated Man. With that being said, I do not know if I properly re-implemented his role for I, even with my experience in the GECK, could've conditioned something wrong with his dialogue. Please report if his dialogue does not work properly when you encounter it.

Trigger - Little Toe's unimplemented buddy.
Location - Always at Little Toe's side.

Rock Creek Hunters - While there are about seven variants, only two have been placed. The reasoning behind this is that they are Grandma Sparkle's boys "goin' 'Lurk huntin'".
Location - Rock Creek Cavern.

Caravan Trader - Two Caravaneers resting at Canterbury Commons.
Location - At Canterbury Commons.

Christine Kendall (child) - One of your fellow Vault Youths. She seemed to have missed your birthday, until now...
Location - At your birthday.

Susie Mack (child) - One of your fellow Vault Youths. She seemed to have missed your birthday, until now...
Location - At your birthday.

Officer O'Grady - While it was unknown what his original purpose was, it was deduced that he was a security officer. But where?
Location - *SPOILER AHEAD* Vault 101, during your return.
Original Purpose - It was unknown exactly his original purpose, but seeing as he had his own unique police baton, it was deduced he was a stereotypical Irish Officer. Placing him where he is now felt right.

Twigbag - A unique Smuggler in Point Lookout.
Location - Somewhere along the beaches of Point Lookout.
Original Purpose - It was unknown, and likely will never be.

Stacey - A Little Lamplighter forgotten in the files.
Location - Little Lamplight.

Mister Mulberry - A Unique Mister Handy that was meant to be placed in Megaton.
Location - Moriarty's Saloon.
Disclaimer - It is unknown what purpose he would've served, but now he has be re-purposed to be the janitor in the Megaton Saloon.

Fort Constantine's Feral Ghouls - Dialogue in game suggests Fort Constantine was overrun with Feral Ghouls, yet not a single one existed. Welp, that's been changed now!
Location - Fort Constantine.

Weapons Re-Added:
The following content credibility to lore is subject to debate and cannot be confirmed by canon sources. It is up to you, the player, to decide whether or not these are canon.
I will not disclose the location of the weapons. You will have to explore to find them.

Uchigatana - A sword.
DLC - Mothership Zeta
Disclaimer - It was originally called "Katana", and was originally a Beta weapon. But, feeling that it was stupid to kill a dank samurai for a simple sword, I decided to re-purpose the Beta of the Samurai Sword. It has been re-named to "Uchigatana" to help differentiate it from the vanilla sword.

Breaker - A unique wooden board.

Pa's Fishing Aid - A unique shotgun.
DLC - Point Lookout.

Love Tap - A unique set of brass knuckles.

Excalibat - A unique bat with a unique skin.

Power Fist - Read the disclaimer.
Disclaimer - OK. So, one of the gameplay teasers for FO3 showed the player finding a Power Fist in the Super-Duper Mart and proceeding to go to town on the raiders by using that weapon. Well, I re-added the Power Fist. But there is a catch: It is broken. You will have to repair it somehow. This was done to avoid giving new players a crutch.

Curse Breaker - A unique bat.

Wanda - A unique American Assault Rifle.

Black Bart's Bane - A unique BB Gun.

Discharge Hammer - A new Super Sledge. Effective against robots.
DLC - Broken Steel.
Disclaimer - This weapon, during the teasers and reveals, was a possible new weapon to be used by the Super Mutant Overlords. Unfortunately, it was cut. But, not anymore.

Law Dog - A unique 32. Revolver. It's not hard to guess who possesses this.

O'Grady's Peacemaker - A unique baton wielded by an Officer of Vault Law.

Alloy Steel Assault Rifle - A Pre-War American Assault Rifle.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage.

10mm Alloy Steel Pistol - A Pre-War 10mm Pistol.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage.

Chinese Dragoon Assault Rifle - A Pre-War Chinese Assault Rifle. Used by Chinese Special Forces.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage.

Silenced 10mm Steel Alloy Pistol - A Pre-War 10mm Pistol. Used by American Black Ops teams.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage.

Chinese Dragoon Pistol - A Pre-War Chinese Pistol. Used by Chinese Special Forces.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage.

10mm Steel Alloy Submachine Gun - A Pre-War 10mm Submachine Gun. Used by American Grenadiers.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage

I will not disclose the location of the armor. You will have to explore to find them.

Pink Power Armor - A suit and helmet sprayed stylish pink. A heart decorates the breast plate.
Disclaimer - To avoid confusing players, when you find this it will be near broken. The whole set. You gotta repair it. Reason being to avoid giving newbies a crutch.

Defender Armor - A unique set of Leather Armor.

Doctor Li's Glasses - Unique glasses for Doctor Li.

Army Power Armor - Army Power Armor. What's more to say?

Chinese Jumpsuit - A Winterized Chinese Uniform.

DLC - Operation: Anchorage.

Schematics Re-Added:
The following content credibility to lore is subject to debate and cannot be confirmed by canon sources. It is up to you, the player, to decide whether or not these are canon.
I will not disclose the location of the schematic. You will have to explore to find it.

Trench Knife Schematics - Schematics for the Trench Knife.
DLC - Operation: Anchorage.
Disclaimer - Unknown if it properly works, as I hadn't found time to test it properly. Will test it in the near future, unless someone else reports to me that it works.

Compatibility:

Incompatible with any mod that alters the above content, and the creatures/humans they also edit, and the leveled lists that they have edited as well.

FWE - Unknown. Most likely compatible.

Weapon Enhancement Pack - Unless it affects Excalibat (an unused unique bat with an unused unique skin), then its fully compatible.

TTW - Not compatible. A patch will be out soon.

Known Issues:

Issue - Crashing in or around Megaton
Verdict - Not my mod
Reason - A: Improper Fallout 3 Setup
B: Unstable Fallout 3 Save
C: Mod Incompatibility
D: Pirated Fallout 3 Copy
E: Fallout 3 Being Fallout 3
Solution: No solution that I can offer. Do not flood my BUGS section about this.
