- Ingestibles are updated to provide Simple Needs, using Treb's weights from Fallout 3 items as a basis.  Values are left unchanged.
  Snack Food = weight 0.2 =  20% food quota
  Junk Food  = weight 0.1 =  10% food quota
  Lite Drink = 20% water quota
  Sleep Supplement = 100% sleep quota
