This is a patch for Alton IL made by Elijah Houck. It aims to fix some minor bugs and balance some of the game play to suit Fallout Wanderers Edition- FWE.

Hey Fallout fans!
I've made a small Patch mod for the infamous Alton IL DLC Mod. It's mostly balanced attributes to fit the "Fallout Wanderers Edition - FWE" and it also brings back som cut content from the Alton IL mod;
* Army Power Armor T51 - Found in the Bell Street Apartments on a greaving Ferral Soldier
* Worn/Rusty Power Armor T45 - Worn by Hartrick (He was one of the original BOS soldiers)
* Boss mask - On the overseer as intended (Working collar but alittle of in texture)
* Book of Eli - Now has effects (Like the movie)
* Abandon Shack in New Godfrey is now "Livable"
* Also added some small fixes to models and placing of items in the mod, I aimed to make it a little harder for those "survival" players out there like me. Also as mentioned before, some armours and weapons are now tougher to suit the FWE gameplay. Ex: Hartrick's Minigun has burning effect (it was a protótype after all), Eli's knife has knockback and high critical and more...
Big thanks to Elijah for this amazing Fallout experience with a perfect environment to explore which makes a fantastic addition to the Fallout universe. I hope you like my fixes and additions.
