If you drink Aqua Pura, Holy Water or Tidal Basin Water, the Reduce Strength and Reduce Intelligence effect are cast even if you did not infect the Purifier with FEV virus.
Although your Strength or Intelligence is not modified, the messages "Aqua Pura has worn off." "Holy Water has worn off." will still appear when the fake effect expires.

Enjoy your water without that annoying effects and messages.
New in version 1.3
1. Scripts revised. Player and NPCs will not be affected, if you did not infect the Purifier with FEV.
2. Water beggars won't die, if you did not infect the Purifier with FEV and you gave them Aqua Pura.
If you are using the older version, just uninstall it, install the new one and continue your adventure.
No real need to start a new game.
