Police Demeanor
"You can get much further with a kind word and a gun than with a kind word alone."
...if you are tough, you can take the perk "Police Demeanor" at level 8.
Your Charisma, Perception and Critical Chance will be increased (+1), you'll deal more damage (+25%) with .32 Pistols and Police Batons if you wear Police Hats.

Viva La Revolucion!
"The Red Banner will flutter in the breeze!"
Charisma -2, Dam. Resist. +5%, +15% Dam. with Chinese Weapons if you wear Chinese Hats. Requires level 8 and Toughness.

I tweaked a bit (more) .32 Pistols, Chinese Pistols and Police Batons.
1. x2 damage for .32 Pistol and Wild Bill's Sidearm
2. Law Dog = Police Pistol, damage 30, crit. damage 45, it fires 1120 before breaking, never jams
3. x2.5 damage and crit. damage for Police Batons. Moira will sell O'Grady's Peacemaker - unique Police Baton. You'll swing a little bit faster your beloved baton.
4. Bannon will sell Chinese Commando Hat and Police Hat (guaranteed).
5. Increased damage for Chinese Pistols and Zhu-Rong Pistol x4 to better matching the perk. Zhu-Rong Pistol fire rate increased +20%.
6. Decreased weapon degradation for Chinese Assault Rifles and Xuanlong. They'll fire 1995 shots before breaking instead of 1212 and 1111.
7. Increased durability for Chinese Commando Hats and Hat of the People.
8. Increased damage (+5) for Chinese Swords and Vampire's Edge, decreased weapon degradation, increased chance of dismemberment +50% for Vampire's Edge. You'll see decapitations more often.

2. Decreased spread -50% for Chinese Pistols and Zhu-Rong
3. Electric effect corrected for Jingwei's Shocksword, decreased weapon degradation x2.5
4. Zhu-Rong has more potent fire critical effect - it applies to all critical hits not only on death like before.
