"Bottlecap Mine created." for 10s. I got this, I wonder what will happen if I will press that goddamn button again.
"You repaired the leaking pipe." for 10s - I'm very glad for showing me this for so long but I know what I did ya' know...
"You are now Well Rested!" for 10s - "Yawn"

I certainly don't.
As a general rule, the duration of all annoying messages is decreased from 10s -> 3s.
Tutorial messages are cut in half or more. No need to be treated like I'm suffering from dyslexia.
Workbench messages decreased x5 (10 -> 2) to be able to create your beloved Nuka Grenade faster. Five times faster.
