Version 0.99
It's been bugging me for a very long time, so I've removed all tweaks made to all sounds, as well as revert movement speed back to normal. For anyone who liked things the way they were, v0.93 will remain available. This is likely the last version of T.A.A. to be released.
Version 0.93
CORRECTIONS:
- The Object Effect name for Metal Master armor was 'Heavy Metal Armor' despite the object it was for (Metal Master Armor) only weighing 15 lbs. Is now called "Light Metal Armor".
- Metal Master Armor also used an incorrect repair item list (Leather). Corrected that (now Metal).
MISC:
- All Variants of Metal Armor now decrease your AP, instead of your agility.
- Increased Radiation Resistance for Gamma Shield Armor.
- Increased Action Point penalty for all Power Armor variants.
- All variants of Power Helmets now decrease your Charisma.
- Vehicle explosions now emit 3x to 4x more radiation for 2x longer, and always knocks down actors*, but radius has been decreased.
- Mini nuke explosions now emit 10x more radiation for 2x longer, and always knocks down actors.
- Greatly increased radioactive damage done by centaur spit.
- Glowing One radiation burst attacks now do 0 base damage, but deal a leathal amount of radiation.
- Increased radius and decreased base damage for misc. explosives, IE: pressure tanks, fire extinguishers, etc. Depending on the type, they're more likely to knock you down, too.
- Gas Traps no longer knock actors down when lit.
- Eyebot explosions on death do slightly less base damage, and always knock down actors, if they're close enough.
- Leather and Samurai Armor are now reclassed as light armor.
- Increased base item health for Wanderer's Leather Armor.
- Increased weight and base value for Bobby Pins, again
F3WR:
- Reduced sway for scoped weapons, so they're not borderline unusable below 70 skill with Small Guns.

Given its scope, T.A.A. for Fallout 3 will probably conflict with most other .esp-based mods out there to some extent, so you'll probably have to generate a merged patch / bashed patch to improve compatibility. However, it isn't absolutely necessary for you to do so. To minimize conflicts so that at least everything here works properly from the get-go, sort your load order to appear as such:
Main .ESMs -- other mods you use -- TAA - Tweaks and Additions for Fallout 3.esp -- weather mods you use -- Overgrown.esp / CW Overgrown.esp F3WR.esp
Installation: >>Drag and drop into your ...\Fallout 3\Data\ directory, and enable it using any mod manager of your choice.
Uninstallation: >>Drag the .esp out of your ...\Fallout 3\Data\ directory, and drop into the trash.

Recommended FALLOUT.ini Tweaks
fDefault1stPersonFOV= This line basically determines how much of your weapon is visible in first person. I like mine at 75.
fDefaultFOV= This setting differs from the former in that it changes the FOV of the player camera, and not just the first person view models. If fDefault1stPersonFOV is 75, a fDefaultFOV value of 90 is appropriate.
fNearDistance= This line determines how close a model can be before it clips with the player camera. If you're using a fDefault1stPersonFOV of 75, you'll have to set it to 3. Any lower and the whole game gets buggy. Any higher, and weapons will begin to clip with the player camera.
fMainMenuMusicVolume= This line sets the volume for the main menu title screen music. Lower values are quieter.
fSunBaseSize= Both Bethesda and Obsidian set this to ridiculous proportions, resulting in over-bright skies and glare texture clipping, the latter of which can be noticed by horizontally panning the screen and focusing your attention to the sky whenever the sun is up. Reducing to a value of 450 or lower alleviates both. Anything lower than 350 results in a tiny sun, though.
And the obligatory..
