Do you think you could make a home mod for the Brandice house in Gray Ditch across from Brian Wilks'? Nothing fancy, just clean it up alittle, but not too clean you know. I would still like it to keep its rustic features, but with new, nonbroken, shelves and stuff.
Very nice! I like the location, too - right next door to Wilhelm's Wharf. It's a nice central location to a number of metros. That other location I like is near Rivet City, and there's a diner home that handles that location. I also use the mod that adds a house for the player at Arefu.
