Long story short
As a general rule, Melee/Unarmed weapon damage increased +5, Pistols/Rifles damage/fire rate increased, spread/decay decreased, bullets speed/stopping power increased, bullets are now affected by gravity.
Almost all weapons in the game are affected - except for shotguns. They are treated separately into Perk And Stay Back mod.
The armor piercing effect for Deathclaw Gauntlet and Man Opener is restored in Deathclaw Gauntlet Man Opener Armor Piercing Restored mod.

Long story long
1. Some weapons are now silenced - Sydney's Ultra SMG, Victory Rifle - increased damage/fire rate, decreased spread/decay.
2. Victory Rifle = Christine's Sniper Rifle, Ol' Painless = Paciencia, Lever-action Rifle ~ Cowboy Repeater, Hunting Rifle damage/critical damage increased (25 -> 35), fire rate increased +33%, spread decreased -50%.
3. Ol' Painless is particularly devastating against Deathclaws and Overlords. One well placed head shot is lethal against Deathclaws and Super Mutants Masters - IF you are undetected. Against the Overlords/Feral Ghoul Reavers - it will cut their health in half. It uses more powerful and rare ammo .308.
My rifle of choice.
4. Law Dog = Police Pistol - you'll find it in Marigold Metro Station (where you get Grady's holotape)
5. I got rid of that stupid DLC03EnchLaserShotgun so the Ovelords will not put you down in 2-3 hits - Tri-Beam Laser Rifle decreased spread 75%, decreased damage 75->66, increased critical 11->22 (matches NV Tri-Beam Laser Rifle)
6. DLC03EnchSupersledge eliminated - DLC03WeapSuperSledge and WeapSuperSledge doubled, decay decreased - if they deal 50 damage against you so your deal the same damage against them.
7. DLC04NonPlayerDamageAdd decreased (35 -> 10). For some weapons is totally eliminated.
8. Fire rate x2 for Lever-action Rifle, decay decreased (250 shots -> 600 shots before breaking), spread decreased. Backwater Rifle fire rate x2.267, 745 shots before breaking instead of 519.
9. Grenade/mine explosion damage increased - pay a little more attention when stepping on mines - it hurts.
10. Added EMP effect on Pulse Mines - was missing. Pulse grenades/mines are particularly devastating against Power Armored NPC - YOU included - a grenade does not choose who will be hurt, YOU choose. Shock damage effect corrected.
11. The Shocker - affects now Power Armored NPC and turrets not only robots like before. Very useful against Enclave scum. Electric shader corrected, it will disappear after 4s.
12. Fisto! matches somewhat Greased Lightning from NV - same speed, without the push away effect.
13. Deathclaw Gauntlet swings faster, Rolling Pin much more powerful and swings faster. Very fun to use.
14. Blackhawk - no scope, fires faster, degrades slower. Same rule apply for Paulson's revolver.
15. Vampire's Edge and Samurai's Katana - increased dismemberment by 50% and 100% respectively; you will see decapitation more often than before.
16. Smuggler's End is now an improved replica of Pew-Pew. You can fire 6 shots instead of 2.
17. Infiltrator and Perforator are now semi-automatic and much more powerful than before. They are the twin sisters of Marksman Carbine and All American.
Increased number of shots before breaking from 1429 and 1000 to 1995, decreased spread.
18. Bullets are now affected by gravity - do not expect to score perfect headshots on Super Mutants from Evergreen Mills to Rivet City - aim a little bit higher. To alleviate the effect of gravity, I increased the bullet speed for all type of ammo. Railway Rifle fires faster, decays slower. Ammo .308 (used by Ol' Painless and Sniper Rifles) and .44 ammo (magnum) are now very powerful.

This mod will not conflict with Unofficial Never Ending Patch - except for newly silenced weapons and 10mm SMG sound (I like more the vanilla sound so I put it back).

New in version 1.6
1. Vendors will sell Lever-action Rifles and Infiltrators and you'll find them in loot starting with level 4 and 6 respectively - they are quite rare in the Wasteland because are more powerful than before.
2. Vendors will also sell the mighty Rolling Pins and Axes starting with level 1. They are quite rare too because are more powerful than before.
3. Lincoln's Repeater - increased fire rate x2, decreased weapon decay.
4. Decreased weapon decay for Auto-Axe x2.5, Man Opener and The Mauler x3.
5. Electric effect corrected for Jingwei's Shocksword, decreased weapon decay x2.5 (1215 swings before breaking instead of 486).
6. Increased fire rate x1.2 for Zhu-Rong, decreased spread, changed bullet casing, more potent critical fire effect, decreased spread for Chinese Pistols.
Dam. increased x4 for Chinese Pistols, they will deal the same damage as 10mm Pistols.
7. Hunting Rifles - Dam. increased +40%, fire rate increased +50%. Pay little attention - if you fire faster, they will fire faster too.
8. Shock Batons, Electro-Suppressor degradation decreased (625 and 800 swings before breaking instead of 250 and 200 respectively).
9. Decreased spread for Chinese Assault Rifles -33% and Xuanlong -50%. They'll fire 1995 shots before breaking instead of 1212 and 1111 respectively.
10. All modifications made for previous versions are included.
