Simple sound replacer mod, Michael Rosen says 'Noice" everytime you level up.
Credits to JonniHero for the original file, I simply converted it and re-packed it to work in Fallout 3.

Michael Rosen "Noice" Level Up Sound Replacer (Converted from Jonnihero's NV Mod)
A simple sound replacer that will change the default fanfare level up sound/music to Michael Rosen saying "Noice!"
Install via NMM, FOMM, or Manually drag and drop into Data folder!
NOTE: In-game music must be turned on to hear this replacer.
(All files are packed correctly and should be easy to figure out)
CREDITS GO TO JonnyHero FOR THE FILES, I SIMPLY CONVERTED THE FILES TO WORK IN FALLOUT 3!
