This mod tries to balance FO3 with minimal changes as possible.

Hi guys!

Do you feel some times when you play fallout this game is too easy? Contents are very cool but i dont feel challange in it?
Yeah i felt exactly the same.
There are several mods here which aims to give challange into the game, but i felt they change way too much from the original fallout game.
So i decided to make a new mod which balance the game whithout changeing the original era.

So here i list you what i changed and why:

Remove plasma and laser disintegration - this change is simple "fix" the bug when piles never disappear from the ground.

Endurance gives 10 health bonus instead of 20 - its a simple tweak which aims to bring players health closer to the NPC-s

Leveling doesnt grant more health - again its a simple change aims to not overbuff the player on high levels compare to the npcs

Stimpaks heals over time - Yeah in the original fallout 3 you are basicly essential with stimpaks. You are no longer anymore.

Grims reaper gives 20ap/kills - Yeah this perk was op, now its nerfed

Blood pack restore 5/10 (perk)  health - Its just a minor change, makes blood pack a little bit useful without the perk

Weapon changes:

All pistols which had lass than 9 damage now has 9 - This change is simple. Noone used the chinise and 32 pistol when you had 10mm cause of the damage difference. Now actually you can do some damage with them.

Lincoln repeater vats shoot cost 30 ap - it was a bit op vats weapon now its nerfed by cost some more ap.

Minigun/eugene do 9/10 dmg. Its a huge buff but miniguns were actually so underpowered that i felt this change is necessary. Please notice that gatling gun do 8 dmg with the same attack speed but it has much better accuracy than minigun plus it doenst need to spin up ofc. So i felt this change still isnt an overbuff for them.

Plasma/A32 gun - These weapons were insane though their high damage and attack speed. They have 3 attack/sec attack speed. I decided to keep it up but drasticly lower their damage. Now they deal 23/26 damage for cost of 14 ap. Magazine size incresed to 24.
So its basicly compare to the simple laser rifle

23 vs 23 dmg
46 vs 69 dps
1,5 vs 2 crit chance
17 vs 14 ap cost
You can see plasma is still stronger, but in long range im sure the laser is a much better choice duo to the projectile speed difference. But in close i would go with plasma.

Added some new weapons:
These weapons basicly tries to give alternative option to go with. Its not a big surprise i think if i say that laser weapons are just much stronger in the game in every aspects than the small guns. So i boosted some of the original weapons to give some lategame alternative as small guns charachters.

(which stats isnt mentioned havent changed, for example assault rifle has no mention about the dmg, cause it remained the same)

You can see these are the original weapons in the game but they have an R in there name and some increased but balanced stats which can improve them to compete with an laser rifle for example in lategame.

Added some new NPC-s to the game:

3 BoS knights patrolling around the citadel - That place was quite undefended by BoS. Now they have least a patrol around their main base.
3 BoSO defend the fort constantine - which was completely undefended cause of the bug when the 2 main guards newer come back until they go sleep into the building at night.

These are the changes for now.

I was planning to add some more NPC-s but i dont really have an idea where to place them. If you have any, feel to comment freely.
An other important note: If you find something OP and unbalanced in the game please mention it for me in the comments (please explain them why). Im not a programmer expert, but i can play with numbers and stuffs to fix those problems.
If you find something badly balanced thing in this patch again just mention it in the comment and explain.
I will check your comments when i can. But dont look forward immadiet respond. I have other things to do too.

Important note
This mod was made for nilla game, though it should work perfectly with DLCs.
But dont mention me unbalanced DLC contents cause im not planning to fix them.

You need to start a new game to work the mod correctly!!!
