1. INTRODUCTION
===============
The Railway Rifle components: A steam gauge. Visible as the barrel. Okay.
A pressure cooker put on the back as part of the steam reservoir. Alright.
A fission battery, presumably as the energy source to heat up the steam. Not visible, but alright.
And a crutch, for.... what exactly? I see no crutch bits on there. It'd make sense as a stock, but it looks more like the butt off a combat shotty was used.
So I took the unused Cryolator mesh, chopped its own crutch stock up a bit, and made it as the Railway Rifle's stock instead.

2. INSTALLATION
===============
1) Copy the enclosed ESP and Meshes folder to your Fallout 3/Data folder.
2) Open your favorite mod manager.
3) Activate "RailwayCrutchStock.esp".

4. RECOMMENDATIONS
==================
Since there are no 1stperson textures for the Cryolator, it is strongly recommended to get a retexture mod of some sort for it. I recommend "Cryo Weapons" (http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/7218/?); that is the texture used in the screenshot.
