A perk in the vein of FO4's Lone Wanderer.
Lone Wolf - lvl 12; You always preferred to work alone. With this perk, you deal 10% more damage without anyone fighting alongside you, as well as gain the ability to carry 50 more pounds of equipment.
KNOWN ISSUES:
Please note that throughout the game there are times when the game forces a companion onto you (Fawkes in Vault 87, Sarah Lyons at the Jefferson Memorial during Take It Back! etc.) and during those times the perk does not work, obviously.
Unfortunately, the problem does not solve itself easily with Sydney. If you partner with her and she survives Stealing Independence, you lose the perk permanently, unless she dies. It's the problem with Sydney's programming, not the perk. Her scripting would have to be fixed.
