I know not many people plat FO3 anymore especially with FO4 out now but for those people like myself who cant afford it yet and still want some FO action this mod may help. This mod will give you 1000 of each mod kit from Antistar's  Weapon Mod Kits.

After you download and put this in your FO3 data folder open up the file for a few changes. The reason for these changes is because everyone uses different mods and therefor will have a different load order. So go into whatever mod manager you use and find the WeaponModKits.esp in your plugins. Using the FOMM it will say Load Order to the right that will be the number you need. I use Mod Organizer so it says Mod Index for the number I need.

After you have your number go to the file and press ctrl+h and type xx where it says Find what. Then type the number you found on the esp earlier in the Replace with box and click Replace All. Save and then you are done. (Note: you can also change the amount of each wmk but doing the same thing but only changing the 1000 to the amount you want. But I thought 1000 should be plenty.)

In game open the console using the tilde key (~) and type "bat wmk" and you get your items. (without quotes)
