About this mod
allows a karma-neutral, "pacifist" solution of TL quest, and also allowing killing of Stanislaus Braun if the player has a context-related perk. Note: requires any "killable children" mod as a prerequisite.

A simple mod allowing the LW to be able to a) quit TL without triggering the Failsafe and possibly also without doing SB's "killings" on the "inhabitants" ("pacifist" solution), b) be able to kill Stanislaus Braun, but only after completing TL without perma-killing the inhabitants.
To be able to do those things, one would have to trigger an AI Diagnostics mode, intended for Robobrain-executed pod residents' health maintenance tasks.
The only requirement is for the player to a) have a context-related perk (hint: you're breaking into a strictly cybernetic system), b) find the (quite simple) sequence of events that's needed to loosen SB's grip on the simulation and Vault 112 computer system.
NOTE/HINT/SPOILER: having any "killable children" mod is basically a prerequisite to be able to utilize the new content
Note that the mod is a proof-of-concept, and relased "as is". No mutants were harmed during the testing of this mod; SB was killed and dismembered a couple dozens of times, though.
