This mod lets you repair your weapons with other similar type of weapons aswell as with scrap metal & a wrench.

Got the idea from Neclipse's "Cross-Repair Weapons" mod and made it suit my own gameplay more. Heck I even stole the name so kudos to the man. :)

Description:

This mod lets you repair your weapons with other similar type of weapons. Not all of them make sense, like the Chinese Officer's Sword -> Ripper combo, but I tried to include most of the available weapons to treat them equally gameplay wise. First factor was the caliber, then type/usage and lastly just plain ol' coinflip.
The Deathclaw Gauntlet is not included as I can't seem to get it to work :(

v5 changes:
Fixed xrepair-scrap-n-wrench-only.esp to actually include the wrench also.
Two new esp's for customisation, scraps only & xrepair-5-lite.

v4 changes:
Pool Cue & Police Baton removed from XRepairable list.
BB Gun can now be repaired one way with the switchbalde, just like dad used to!
Added two new esp's for custom weapons or scrap & wrench only use.

v3 changes:
All Big guns, Energy weapons, Small guns & the Power fist are now repairable with scrap metal or a wrench (the repair hammer from the future!).

v2 changes:
Custom made weapons can now be repaired with the items they are created from (excluding the Deathclaw Gauntlet, just can't figure it out).

Energy Weapons: (all repairable with scrap metal or a wrench)

Plasma Pistol -> Plasma Rifle

Small Guns: (all repairable with scrap metal or a wrench)

10mm Pistol -> 10mm Submachine Gun -> Chinese Pistol
.32 Pistol -> Hunting Rifle
Chinese Assault Rifle -> Assault Rifle

Installation:

1. Extract the archive to your "Fallout3\Data\" directory.
2. Edit Fallout.ini (under "My Documents\My Games\Fallout 3\")& change bInvalidateOlderFiles=0 to bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
3. Select "xrepair-weapons-5-full.esp" from Data Files in the launcher. *
4. Play

*) Custom.zip includes several files if you don't want the full functionality.
"xrepair-weapons-5-lite.esp", (Includes all normal weapon XRepairs)
"xrepair-custom-only.esp", (Only Custom weapons XRepairs)
"xrepair-scrap-n-wrench-only.esp", (Only scraps & wrench repairs)
"xrepair-scrap-only.esp" (Only scrap repairs)

Lite & Custom esp's will work together
Custom & one of the scrap.esp's will work together.
Lite & either of the scrap.esp's will overwrite eachother.
