This mod changes The Extremely Useless Chem Resistant perk to The Badass Chem Resistant perk, with 3 ranks:
Rank 1: 45%
Rank 2: 35%
Rank 3: 5%
You can get this perk when you get to level 10. I made it like that because if the perk's requirement is level 16 like in vanilla, you will have to make some very hard decisions whether to choose this perk or not, and it has 3 ranks so... yeah.
