Inspired by Fallout 4, this is a vibrant preset that aims to bring life back into the Capital Wasteland.
Compatible with DC Moods, Dynamic Weather and Enhanced Weather.

Chromatic Melancholy ENB is a vibrant preset inspired by Fallout 4.
No weather mods are necessary to achieve the intended look but it is compatible with DC Moods,
Enhanced Weather and Dynamic Weather by default.

1. Download the latest binaries or higher from enbdev.com
2. Open the "Wrapper" folder included. Copy & Paste only the d3d9.dll and enbhost into your main fallout folder. The main fallout folder is located in:
program files (x86) > steam > steamapps > common > fallout 3
3. Download Chromatic Melancholy ENB. Open the download and copy/paste the following:
1. enbseries folder, 2. enblocal and 3. enbseries ini file
into your main fallout folder.
4. Turn OFF hardware Anti-aliasing & Anisotropic filtering ENB handles both of these.
Mod Organizer users please remember you have a built-in ini editor for your profiles and you may have to turn these off there as well.
You must also make sure HDR is ON in the game launcher as well.
5. That's it! Read the sticky notes in the comments section if you run into trouble!
The ENB was built while using these mods. Things will not look like what you see in my screenshots without them.
I have not tested with anything other than Project Reality or Enhanced Weather, results will vary.
View Distance Decreased - Modified
This one is really important and makes a huge difference in visual quality in the distance. Let's face it, fallout 3 LOD is shet and this covers it up nicely while providing some complimentary fog for the preset.
F03 Flora Overhaul
Use the "Forested" edition since it compliments this preset more than anything else. Despite what some may say, it's actually very realistic since radiation would not be as potent after 200+ years. If anything flora would be thriving more than ever. Anyway it looks pretty :)

I cannot recommend this enough, it fixes a ton of skin color issues and coincidentally gets rid of ENB shadow glitches on beards/hairstyles of many NPCs
