About this mod

Explore new buildings in Georgetown (including the offices of Pulowski Preservation Services), and delve underneath to find the fate of both pre-war, and recent residents. Two opportunities for a player home.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This mod adds several massive interiors to explore inside Georgetown in DC (consult the .txt file included for a full list). The player is invited to discover the fates of various ex-inhabitants through two quests, and the notes scattered throughout the mod. The mod includes a unique hunting rifle, and several unique items (and a new drug).

This mod adds two map markers to discover before entering the buildings. If you want to test this mod is working, type "coc GApartments1" into the console. If it works, you've installed it correctly.

The player has two opportunities for homes-a bunker below Pulowski Preservation Services, and the apartment at 14 Georgetown Plaza. The first is a pre-war bunker still maintained by a Sentry Robobrain, and the second is an apartment related to the main quest of the mod.

This mod does NOT conflict with DC interiors. It should also not conflict with any version of Shadows and Dust, if you load it after that mod.

This mod requires all DLC.

See the .txt info file for more information.

This mod modifies the exterior of two buildings in Georgetown to make them easier to use as a home.

Found a small issue with being able to see the void in the bunker! If you have downloaded this but not ran through it yet, please redownload.

I can't fix the dependence on DC Interiors on the .esp version. You'll need that too if you wish to use it-download here: LINK If you wish to use the .esm version, you don't need this (so skip this paragraph). Sorry for any inconvenience. Any info in the Read Me saying DC Interiors isn't required is wrong. Load DC Interiors first, obviously.

If you're using the .esm version, it's possible you may experience slow load times and crashes depending on your load order and the mods you are using. If you are using the unofficial patches, load the GeorgetownExpansion.esm file AFTER them. If you have issues with the .esm version, please contact Deadmano-I did not create the edit to the original .esp file.

Good luck!
