This Mod adds the Vault Scavengers to the wasteland.

They are not friendly and are easily recognizable by their reinforced vault 101 suit. 

The members of this group have been all expelled from different Vaults for their violent tendencies, so they have formed a group to make an organized group to resist and loot the abandoned vaults for food and medicines. 

Their are situated near or inside most of the DC Vaults and they will try to kill you on sight, so watch out.

If You Want to share your Ideas for some locations where i can put some of them, is well accepted.
