This perk is only for the most Intelligent Doctors in the wasteland. For those of you who want benefits for going the smart route.

Have you ever wanted to know what it would be like to be a Super Mutant? Well now you can with the all new Genetic Freak Perk mod!
At level 10, an INT of 8+, and a MED skill of 80 or higher you can unleash the power of the human cell to epic proportions. Creating a radiactive serum and injecting yourself will grant you extraordinary abilities. Just remember up on injecting yourself you will suffer immediate radioactive effects. These serums must be created and injected in 3 distinct stages.
Stage 1 Super Human Strength by Rapid Muscle Growth for +2 STR
Stage 2 Red Blood Cell Regulator and Heart Excelerator for +20 HP
Stage 3 Extreme Skin Cell Density Magnifier for +10% Damage Resistance
Having a high MED skill just so you can get the Chemist and Chem Resistant Perks are a thing of the past. Now specialize your character in the medical field and push your body to the absolute limits!!
Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Fallout3\Data\
2. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Fallout3\Data\
