This handy portable nuclear device can be used wherever you may need to unleash thermonuclear destruction.
Eliminate a whole area of enemies at one time!Keep out of reach of children.

This mod creates a suitcase nuclear device. It is armed and used like a mine, with a 35 second timer.You had better use that full
35 seconds to put as much distance as you can between you and the bomb.You DON't want to be caught in this shockwave.Its also a good idea to wait 30 seconds or so before running in to witness your destructive power.The radiation levels are VERY high initally but will fall off to survivable levels in 30 secs. The force of the blast is pretty powerful so don't expect your enemies to be anything more than piles of dust and usually quite a distance from where they were orignally.

Right now there are 3 bombs that exist. One in the armory in Megaton and also burkes home there.The other was found by Daring Dashwood in his suite at Tenpenny. Also if anyone wants to use it in their mods, feel free.

*** New in Version 2.0 *** I have edited the mushroom cloud mesh so that the fireball is now visible from more angles. I discovered that the mushroom cloud is oriented according to how the suitcase is positioned. Which is why the explosion rarely looked the same way twice.To get the straight up in the air mushroom cloud make sure the suitcase is dropped horizontally.If I ever figure out how to get it to drop to the ground this should correct itself.Be sure to add the new file to your data/meshes/effects folder if you using the V2 esp.
Known Bugs:
1) I can't get the suitcase to fall to the ground.For some reason the gravity setting on the projectile is 0 and greyed out.I need to figure out why this setting is unchangeable.
2) Obviously there is some realism issues.You can't put the bomb in an interior of a building and then leave and still have it affect the outside world. While it might be able to spawn something outside through scripting, this is beyond my ability at present.
3) Along those same lines, in testing if you run too far away and leave the cell, the countdown is halted.I shortened the timer to 35 seconds just for this reason.I haven't had it not go off in this time frame. However, if you are using a speed mod... it may still be possible to get out of range and it disables.
4) Again, even though this has the forces of the megaton nuke going off, its not going to transform or destroy the terrain. Anything not movable by force isn't going to change the landscape any, even if you choose to set it off in the center of megaton.

Any other bugs, let me know and I will see what I can do.Its useful for taking out a camp of enemies if you can sneak in without being seen and still manage to hightail it far enough away in time.Otherwise, its kind of just fun.
