This is in essance a remake of my listening post bunker home from fallout new vegas made from scratch for fallout 3. It's located near Rivet City and has it's own map maker. Beyond that there's not much to say I've had this mod laying around for months now and finally got around to publishing it. With that said I'm leaving it as is. The home is completely finished and furnished. Complete with navmeshing and the whole shebang. It doesn't really have a back story so I guess you'll have to make one. What it does have however is locking doors and an ammo press. YES YOU HEARD ME THE HOUSE CAN MAKE AMMO ERMERHGERD. Anyway there's a terminal that takes scrap metal that you have and creates ammo from it. You all are welcome. That part wouldn't have been possible without DaemonGrin.
