Removes the Metro Ticket tower built with separate pieces in Olney Powerworks and replaces it with a unified one, with the Metro Tickets and 8 Ball mashed together. This makes it easy to pick up and place the Metro Ticket tower. Cleaned with FO3Edit. Requires Broken Steel.

NOTE: I've added a Metro Ticket Tower - Modders Resource as an optional file. It's just the Misc Item, with no cell edits and no dependency on Broken Steel.

Install
=======
1. Extract the files to (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Start Fallout 3 Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp. Alternatively, use FOMM, Nexus Mod Manager or Wrye Flash and place a checkmark beside the .esp.

Uninstall
=========
1. Delete the files associated with the mod in (install folder)\Fallout 3\Data\
