Shifty is a mole rat located at Springvale. He is very shifty so be careful, I have tried him with all vanilla followers and one modded follower the modded follower worked but did not work well, it was very buggy so be careful it is not game breaking but the companion stopped following me and just sat so did shifty, but all the vanilla were fine.

Idk for my first mod this is alright but I kind of rushed it so hopefully who ever played with it was happy.
