I'm using the Windows 7 d3d9.dll fix. I'm assuming the sweetfx d3d9.dll doesn't address that problem and if I overwrite I will have my fps drops and slowdown back again. A shame then, since this looks really good.
Some versions (1.4 and 1.5 I think) of sweet fx lets you use another d3d9.dll file, aka d3d9.dll chaining. Just scroll all the way to the bottom of the SweetFX_Settings.txt file and you should see instructions on how to get it to work.
Using it with your polluted lighting, good work with this, using with nuclearenb and replaced its sweetfx preset with yours, solid work.
I had previously tried out to other color schemes with fallout 3, the midrahstic pallette (purples, reds, cyan) w/ the organgish sweetfx it included.
Then i tried brave new wasteland- cinematic enb with its yellow pallette and gray hues with no sweetfx
This one features green with the nuclear enb pallettes blue mixed in certain areas, however with your natural fx the green has been quite prominent and is is compatible quite well with the enhanced weather mod as well as your polluted weather both at the same time.
