Will make holstering a weapon more valuable by increasing your run/walk speed when holstered.

This mod will make having you holster your weapon ideal.
In real life you wouldnt be running around town full speed pointing your gun in the face of all the friendly people you meet, would you?
No, they wouldnt like that much.
With this mod if you want to run at fast speeds, you must holster your weapon.
If you have a weapon out, your speed will be reduced greatly. So while in combat, you are slower, if you want to make a run for it, shoulder that rifle and get running.
