I've never liked that you can't avenge the people that the ghouls kill in Tenpenny Tower even after you did the quest the "good" way without losing karma. This simple mod marks all Ghouls in Tenpenny Tower as evil, so you can kill them without losing karma.
I recommend activating this mod AFTER you've completed the quest.
