After uploading a mod to add Gopher's Advanced Recon to the T-51b winterized helm, I was asked by lewisroantree to also add one for the Enclave Hellfire Helm.  So  I went ahead and made this one for the Enclave Hellfire Helmet as well.  Being as I also run FWE in my game as well, I thought that I should also include one for the "fitted version" in FWE.
