Wut iz dis mod, Tea-gann?:

This mod adds a awesome new, lore-friendly player home to the "town" of Grayditch and is a total remake and improvement over an older mod I made when I was first learning how to mod over a year ago.

There's kind of a lot of stuff for you find! And tons of storage of you to put you gear and what not!

I don't want ruin the surprise of discovering everything for yourself(But if you really want to know, I made a video tour which shows off almost everything.Look in the "videos" Tab or below.), so I'll leave it at that. though I will say that you should take a look at the coffee brewer in the kitchen and the converted Cup of Joe next door. >:D


BTW, It would be best that you activate this mod after you've finish "Those".

DLC(That's right, DLC for a mod!):

Grayditch Player Home 2: Vendor Add-on

Grayditch Player: Home 2: Vendor Add-on is a small "DLC" for the main mod which adds a which adds a vender/mechanic, Erika Zammalta(named for My best friend), her dog, Sparky, to the other abandon house, as well as giving Doctor Lesko "doctor services" meaning he will heal you, remove rads and cure you.

So now all you need is in Grayditch! PLUS A NEW WEAPON! @_@  And also removes the ant fires.

Like the main mod, activate this mod after you've finish "Those".


Wanda's Very Own Mod - A Standalone Mod:

Wanda's Very Own Mod is a standalone mod for those who might just want Wanda. Not advised to have active if using Grayditch Player Home 2. can be found in the building right in front of Marigold Metro Station in Grayditch. Warning: This is not compatible with the main mod!





Install:

- Use Nexus Mod Manager. 

Or

- Place the esp in the data folder then place the texture & meshes folder in their corresponding folders(look at the pictures that come with the mod if you do not know where they are) BTW go into the G.E.C.K. and make sure the textures/meshes are working just to be safe.

-After you've done that start the "FalloutLauncher". Once that is loaded open "Data Files" and Look for and Check "Grayditch Player home 2"
(Again if this is your first time using mods, look at the picture "How to activate the mod". That should help.)

Start the game and there you go! :D


Compatibility:

Any mod that alters the abandoned home & the building facing Marigold station will conflict with this mod. Mods that alter might also conflict, but as I know of none, I have no idea.

Un-install:

Simply uncheck esp in the data files in the launcher and then delete the esp in the data folder. After that, delete the texture & meshes sub-folders. And there you go.
