Enhanced camera works 100% fine. Therefore one of the possible causes of the glitch must be FOSE script conflict. Within FOSE folder, try to disable other script file one by one, then you may find at least the troublemaker script that causes the conflict with Enhance Camera script.
To disable other script files, first backup all FOSE script files to your Desktop folder or any other folder outside of FO3. Then delete one of the other script files except for Enhanced Camera script file. Enter the game and test whether the glitch is gone or not. You repeat this process until you find the troublemaker script.
Edit: It is also possible a plugin causes the problem.
Can't get this to work ever since fallout 3 was updated breaking a shitload of mods. I've downloaded and activated the anniversary patcher, but this still doesnt work. Anyone find a fix for this?
How did you get yours to work? I've tried importing the whole FOSE folder in the my Data folder for fallout3 but it still doesn't work? same thing for the sprint mod
NEED HELP INSTALLING THIS? Read below... First Install the newest version of FOSE into your fallout game folder. Start the game through the fose_launcher.exe, otherwise FOSE will not be active Always install FOSE plug-ins manually, even if you use a mod manager.
To install this FOSE plug-in follow these instructions:
1) open your Data folder, create a folder here and name it "FOSE", if there isn't one already here.
2) open the new FOSE folder, create a folder here and name it "plugins", if there isn't one already here.
3) open the plugins folder (here is where you drop all of your FOSE .dll and .ini from various mods that require FOSE.)
4) drop "FOSE_EnhancedCamera.dll" and "FOSE_EnhancedCamera.ini" into the plugins folder.
CONFIGURING EnhancedCamera.ini:
-open enhancedcamera.ini -follow the straightforward instructions in it to edit to your preference.
Visible Head: Add this line if you want to enable the head/hair/helmet node while in enhanced third person: bEnableHeadFirstPerson=1
Immersive Arms: I suggest trying this because it adds immersion. You might want to adjust the head node position if you use guns and the experimental arms. I only use melee and have no problems. Change this line if you want to try the experimental immersive arms: bUseThirdPersonArms=0 to bUseThirdPersonArms=1
Head Bob: Enabling this makes your camera bob with your head and is unrealistic in my opinion. I suggest leaving it off.
I installed the mod with these instructions and I can see tiny bits of my body when looking down and holding a weapon, it's like the body is rendering but is away from my field of view.
As of current, the mod runs completely fine for me. I used anniversary patch and these are my current mods and load order. Mostly minor graphical enhancements and patches.
