I'M BACK!! no idea who still plays fallout 3 but I will be continuing this mod, updates will not be regular with that siad, this will not be an island mod but instead it will be a bioshock themed story/quest mod. If there are any modders who want to help contact me asap as I will be needing help with this, I'm running aASUS X553MA, no thanks to a certian induvidual, I have lost all source files so bare with me on this.

This is a new land called the tropical islands which consists of (you guest it) Tropical islands with new quests, enemy's and loot all for your satisfaction.
This also includes a underwater home and i will accept any help what so ever for the world space as this my first mod so im going to need all the help i can get to make this the awesome mod i intend it to be.

I highly recommend that when using this mod you use :
Palmtrees - My Tropical Wasteland (this is a must as i have used the palmtrees in this mod to make it seem more tropic so this is basically a requirement) - thanks to humannature66 for there work.
