Increases Intense Training Perk max to 30 so you can max out your SPECIAL Attributes.

This was a requested file I put together for someone. It allows you to use the Intense Training Perk to max out your SPECIAL Attributes as you level. Now instead of 10 levels there are 30 which should allow you to max out your Attributes if desired. I'm pretty sure 30 will do it.
I threw this together pretty quick on a request so let me know if there are any issues as my testing was very limited. Other mods that change or add Perks might overwrite this. Make sure this esp is located in the load order below anything that might overwrite this small change.
