I decided to play through Fallout 3 again for the first time in years. Believe it or not, this is one of the few characters in the game I truly believe a good karma player would want to blow apart with a shotgun. She may have originally collaborated under duress, but with the whole "I don't want to be seen talking to you" dismissal it's clear which side she choose. She betrayed everyone and her information on needing a GECK led the Enclave right to you. The debts of her betrayal cannot be ignored.
I always thought it was bollocks that you lost karma for killing her. Well done mate. The next time I re-play Fallout I'll add this mod, then I can kill her knowing that I have done the right thing and made the wasteland a slightly better place.

she will be stuck till you leave raven rock, but will show up in PF after you blow the place up.
