Removes the "Mist" from all areas.
Optional file adds more color. {ONLY USE ONE}.
Just drop it in your FO3 Data folder and activate.
Just a single esp.
Place it in the bottom of your load order for full effect.
It will conflict with most lighting or weather mods.
...."Enable it or disable it"..."Turn it on or turn it off"...Its that simple.
