Load after CrowdedCities_v2.esp
Resolves an issue caused by both mods using the same FormIDs for different purposes.
Without the compatibility patch the user will experience Refurbish DLC option scripts from
FOOK2 running with no way to stop them.
EDIT: Not tested with FOOK2 1.2 Open Beta, but there should not be any issues using that version.
