Unhappy with any of the existing areas to set up my Real Time Settler village, I decided to pick up my G.E.C.K and get creative. I have always wondered why no settlers ever cleaned up a city as best they could and rebuild so I thought I would try and give them the chance.

This mod cleans up Fairfax Ruins, removing litter, cars, rubble, raider decoration etc etc. All in preparation for a RTS village of mostly your design. The raider spawn points remain however, safety does not come easy in the capital wasteland so expect to be shot at, harassed and have your lineage called into question as you reclaim this once average city...

Unless anyone spots something very wrong in the mod or has a burning desire to see something changed, I'm going to work on a hopefully epic new lands quest which will start at the town's metro station.

Update 1.2
Fixed the navmesh that cause raiders to spawn inside/under the building I placed.
Removed navmesh that allowed companions to spawn inside walls/atop buildings.
Fixed a clipping issue at the western crossroad.
Fixed a particularly deep pothole.

Added a building east of the metro entrance to cover glitchy textures.
Added roof access on the north side of the town.. because I thought it'd be fun to.
Removed Barricade doors objects
