You know, a much simpler and future-proofed method would've been to add to each V101Revisited charecter their original character as Template, and then tick the Use Model/Animation template flag - boom, now the V101Rev NPCs are gonna have the same model, race, head stuff and face as the template they're based on, no matter what that is.

Mind you, this is something the V101Revisited should have done itself in the first place.

EDIT: Actually, the race is not imported from the template, so you'd still have to change it manually, but that's very minor; I think PB only changes the teacher's race from black old to black.

This patch serves no purpose no more because some people like to remove their old work and keep only their latest.

In other words, this mod is not compatible with the latest version.

That shade that you just threw. Damn.

It is true though, came back to Fallout 3 modding a while back to find FO3RD had been updated... with some gross NPC faces. And alas, it was the only version available.

Fallout 3 Redesigned has been updated since 2015. Does the new version work with this patch as well?

I have no idea. Probably will have to update but I haven't touched Fallout 3 in years.

I just took a look at the latest FO3 Redesigned and this mod in FO3 Edit. There are really only three NPCs that are changed in both mods as adults. Some are not changed at all in FO3 Redesigned and a few are only changed as child versions (such as Wally Mack). The three that are listed in both as adults are Amata, Freddie, and Christina Kendall. I used FO3 Edit to manually copy the changes over from one mod to the other. Other than the face geometry changes, Amata's eye color would be the most noticeable.

      Amata
      Hair Length: change to 0.850000
Eye Color: change to green (code ends with 4252)
First line of the face geometry.

      Freddie
      Hair Length: change to 0.110000
Hair Color: change the "blue" from 21 to 20
First line of the face geometry (maybe the third as well)

      Christina Kendall
      Hair Length: change to 0.950000
First line of the face geometry

Note: there are other changes to NPCs with this mod (such as setting everyone from unaggressive to aggressive) but I only looked at changing the appearance so as not not mess up this mod.

FOMM freaks out because the ESP has an ESM header. Is this intended?

It shouldn't be flagged as a master file unless you ran FO3 MasterUpdate with this mod checked. I don't think it should cause a problem even if it is flagged as a master file, though.

No worries, all my saves mysteriously got corrupted so unless a miracle happens I won't be able to find out regardless :/

I can confirm that the .ESM flag is set. This should, in no way, hurt the game. But it should help with the face/skin tone mismatch.

I attempted to run this with fallout 3 redesigned intstalled and it immediately crashed. The reason i believe is because it requires the project beauty.esm. which I don't believe is installed with fallout 3 redesigned.

I am pretty sure Dracomies didn't change the name of the master file. I downloaded my copy of FO3 Redesigned after the name change and Project Beauty.esm was the name of the master file. Dumb question but you do have Vault 101 Revisited activated, right?

of course. Now that you mentioned it I didn't even see project beauty.esm on my plugin list at all. I am using the Fallout 3 Redesigned Fixed Version. Is there another version out there that was not listed? I do see characters with hair styles that i have seen from Let's play's I have seen and they attributed them with Project beauty and Fallout3 redesigned.

I just downloaded the fixed version. The .esm file there is named Project Beauty.esm. I don't know why it's different on your end. What's the name of it on your end?

That's my Panzer's Mass Overhaul mod. It raises the level cap to 60. It does a lot of other stuff, too. Probably not as good as FOOK or FWE but it's mine and I like it.
