About this mod
Raiders now have tattoos. There are 24 different instances of tattoos (8 with none and 16 with) so there will be a lot less repetition.

This mod adds 24 different instances of tattoos to raiders. (8 without, 8 with some, 8 with lots)
There will still be a fair amount of raiders without tattoos. There are 6 different sets for each raider race, 3 male, 3 female, 2 of which are blank so that some raiders still have no tattoos. 2 Have some tattoos. And 2 have lots of tattoos (including facial).
From a few quick dungeon I found that there is a lot of variety, you still will see the same set sometimes but it is a lot more varied than only one set for each gender.
(about 50% have no tattoos)
Installation

Simply extract to your data folder and activate in data files.
I also added blanks for for both genders if you wish to retexture mine and replace them. You will have to use DDS converter to get them back to .dds though.
