Adds American Communist Party armor and a Fifth Columnist coat to the Wasteland.

Back during the Great War, Chinese spies infiltrated America and supplied pro-Communist subversive groups (known as the American Fifth Column) with weapons and armor, so that they would be able to support the Chinese when they invaded the United States.
A lone Fifth Columnist officer awaits reinforcements, holed up in the Zane House in Minefield. A piece of Fifth Columnist body armor also survives near the radioactive barrels in the Mama Dolce courtyard.
