This disables the various comments NPCs make when you hover the mouse over a closed door or owned item, or are crouched and focus an NPC (pickpocketing). You can still perform the crime, but they will not comment on it.
Made mainly to stop half the world saying 'I can see you eyeing that' just because I want to check if a door is open or closed or let my mouse stray.
