This Mod Allows you to Pick 2 Perks Every Level.
this really isn\'t a \"Cheat\" or \"God\" Mod.
Once you really think about it, it Only makes since.
With all the Perk Addon\'s & Perk Packs out there
i found it irritating, Only Able to Choose one perk, and having to level up
again to get a perk i also liked Previously, this mod Fixes that.
iNSTALLATiON: Simple.
Fallout3 Data Location
WindowsXP) C:\\Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3\\Data
Windows7) C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Bethesda Softworks\\Fallout 3\\Data
1.) Simply Drop the 2Perks Per Level.esp in your Fallout 3 Data folder
2.)Open FOMM Or Whatever Mod Manager you use, Activate 2Perks Per Level.esp
3.)Enjoy :)
After you Select & Choose your first perk and continue,
it will take Exactly 6. Seconds for the Menu to pop again. then Press Continue through the Skill part,
bringing you to the perk Menu
LoadOrder: Anywhere you think is best, Probably with your other Skill Mods.
