This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
Removes the Script preventing the travel from the Phalanx base HQ to the wastelands. Travel is possible both ways, effectively cuts out the walk through the Black Hole to return to the wastelands after visiting the base.
This may not see future work as it does exactly what its supposed to do.
