2024 and still working! You can copy the d3d9.dll from v0.451 which works fine. It is very important that HDR is enabled and that you disable AntiAliasing, Antiosopic and Water Displacement, not only from the steam executor but also from the mod organizer executor that you are using if applicable.
I have a 3060 setup, and this mod still runs great, l am running it with another 145 mods with vortex, and very rarely does it crash. Just a shame it does not have weather.
I'm having an issue with my display resolution, I don't know how to change it. I'm currently using Mod organizer 2 and my monitor display is 1920x1080, if I play it, it runs fine but it looks blurry due to it that it set on a specific resolution (IDK which). I go through the FalloutPrefs.ini file and it is set on the right resolution. If I play the game via the default launcher, the enb works super well in HD without the blurry effect, although it unable me to use my mods because of the incorrect load order.
can someone please help me??? what does the step activate the esps mean with mod manager??? i cannot find those in the FOMM. i don't expect to be answered though, this mod looks like a ghost-town.

2024 y sigue funcionando! Pueden copiar el d3d9.dll de v0.451 que funciona tranquilamente.
Muy importante es que HDR esté habilitado y que deshabiliten AntiAliasing, Antiosopic y Water Displacement, no solo del ejecutador de steam sino tambien del ejecutador del organizador de mod que esten utilizando si fuera el caso.
Just a shame it does not have weather.
